Jay is extremely rude and way overpriced. We are trying to get flooring through our entire house and he gives me an outrageous number and an estimate with numbers all over the place. I try to calmly ask him about it and he proceeds to literally yell at me and tell me to \go find somewhere else then\ and \thats my price!\ I have never been treated so poorly by an establishment that I am trying to do such a large job with. 40 plywood ea (how many) 50 labor ea plywood (how many, why so much) 2.64 sq ft LVP (makes sense) 5,000 sq ft for kitchen tiles (WHAT? \Thats the total\ Why is it not broken down like the rest?) 5.00 sq ft to tear out tile (HAHAHA Average for GA 1.10-3.20 sq ft) But wait they didnt include the tear out price for all the floor...that was part of the summed up price on the 5000 kitchen lol. Absolute scam. I literally called to ask about the prices and understand why something that should be 10k-15k is priced at 21k and he got mad I asked and proceeded to literally YELL at me hahaha. Never have I seen something like this. Hope this helps people looking. I am starting from scratch again...

They are replacing carpet in my house as I write this. We weren’t home so they tried to get away with not giving us the new padding we paid for. The installers simply took up the old carpet and laid the new on top of the old padding. My husband stopped by while they were out to lunch and caught it (thankfully). No vacuuming of the dirt and grime and no new padding. They should be ashamed of the practices. Check your padding if you’re a former customer and watch if you plan on being a new one!
