I was first told my son wasn't here. I know he is. Then I was told release wasn't ready, it's here now. 3:22 pm now, I've been waiting for him to come out since 9:30am. Still have a four hour drive home after sitting in parking lot all day

Great food and plenty of good conversation. The customer service is a little sub par. The wait staff could use some manners. The early morning wake up call is an unexpected plus. I will stay at the Hilton next time, and my travel agent is fired.
