I'm truly satisfied with the experience I had at Charlie's today. As a first time car buyer, they were willing to work with me and help me aquire the vehicle that I really liked. I was able to come away with something safe and worthwhile, that I'm sure will last for a long while. I was really worried about getting swindled by the stereotypical used car salesperson, but my experience was so far from that. Melissa was very helpful and not pushy at all, Jeff was a hoot to speak with and he was very welcoming. Zach was so helpful and understanding and made sure I got the best deal possible. Dont join the Family! Got ripped off baught a car for 20k and it was worth only 10,500 felt rushed in the whole process Do your research before buying a car here and within acouple days the car has problems and the air box was full of acorns and pine needles the filter looked like it never been changed never will buy a car here again also had them work on the car i get it back with marks on my door

Friendly, professional, and speedy service. Got my first checkup for my Subaru today and they were perfectly pleasant to work with. The waiting room is simple, but nice and has super comfortable chairs. Free WI-Fi is a win in my book too. Charlie's is great! :D
