First Time Donor Experience When I walked into the facility, there was no one at the front desk. I had to walk around the corner to find someone to help me. Once a bag was given to me with water and crackers, I was instructed to sit at a computer and watch a video. After the video, I headed back up to the front desk. Still, no one was there. I sat down in the waiting area and no one came to check on me, check me in, or said anything to me. An associate STILL wasn’t present at the front desk, and the associate at the vital check station tended to everyone who came in AFTER me. When I entered, it was empty! I sat there for an hour, none of my information was ever taken and I eventually walked out. How is one supposed to trust the entire donor process if the customer service is pass poor?

Great place to donate. They’ve been slow recently, so I’ve enjoyed getting in and out quickly. They just raised their fees for new donors and return donors. New donors it’s something like 100 and 125 for the first 8 donations. Return donors get 60 every donation. Better than any other plasma center I’ve gone to. The staff is really nice. Jana is very kind up in the front area. She always goes out of her way to talk to me. Jaz is usually my sticker and she is just on it. There is one manager there it seems like, cayla. She seems to run the place all by herself because she is always there. I never see another manager. The staff always talk about her and how hard working she is and she always comes out on the floor to check on them. Half the time, she’s in a lab coat herself. She always makes a point to speak to me or smile at me when I have my headphones in. She, along with the other staff, are the reason I keep coming here. If they ever leave, I’ll probably go somewhere else.
Been here for over 30 mins. Nobody at the front desk, the lady who is working the booth basically asks as if new donors aren’t important and tends to ever returning donor who walks in. Horrible experience and I wouldn’t refer anyone here EVER!!!
Coming from another center on peach orchard rd that was always packed and nasty. I love this new center it's clean and the ladies up front are wonderful and very friendly. As a new donor I will continue to come back love the positive energy and talks with the ladies.
CSL plasma has been an amazing experience and has allowed me to do something good while also allowing me to have the side income to work on things like my YouTube channel and community that I'm building the center is very clean and the staff is always friendly
Just called to get information the receptionist answering the call sounded as if I was bothering her, she placed me on hold for over 12 min never got to even ask any questions, bad 1st impression
Peach Orchard location# Staff are unprofessional. Talking about charges and probation. Machines are portable size. I was ringing off done for 20 minutes while staff were in a circle talking. There are many alternatives to use I suggest you go elsewhere. The other reviews are for other locations
