The manager cares a lot about his customers. He is very friendly and easy to talk to. I left my food because I was running late for work, I thought I could get it again since I paid for it. He kindly helped me understand about orders being abandoned and offered me a really amazing strawberry ice cream. I was so happy to have a positive experience and learn about notifying the manager in case I have that problem again. I recommend more people visit this location. They are wearing masks, constantly cleaning surfaces, and they have a huge selection of ice cream cakes for your parties and family meals. Thank you for being so nice and caring.

Wait time here is pretty short overall. Usually go through drive thru. Haven’t been inside this location in a few years so I can’t speak on the cleanliness. I do know compared to Washington Rd location this is a better store . The prices here are cheaper and they take pride in their work . Quality ice cream and frozen drinks .
The grilled chicken sandwich was thrown together, when I opened it there was mayo everywhere and lettuce sticking out of the paper. Bought a birthday cake for my employee and the writing was so sloppy you could barely read it. That was so embarrassing.
I ordered 2 chicken strip baskets. No one was in the store and they took forever. I have no idea what the problem was but it was kind of ridiculous. The staff was nice and the food was hot but the service was soooo slooooooow.
Sucks. Chick at the counter avoided eye contact with me the whole time I was standing at the counter. Never asked if I was ready to order or anything. Just acted like I kicked her dog or something. My cone was leaking out when she handed it to me. The 25 napkins she wrapped around it were stuck in the chocolate that she dipped it in. My wife’s blizzard was like soup. Had to get it remade. And they didn’t flip any of the 3 blizzards we ordered. The booths were all dirty with food.
