The room was quiet at night. The front desk clerk Ms. Pregna was very hospitable and friendly. We had a nice stay. It's very close to restaurants and activities. We will be back again.

My mom attempted suicide here and the hotel gave me half off the cost of a nights stay when I was notified that I needed to come to pick up her things that evening. I paid 35 to pick up her things because she was in the ICU across the street at Doctor's hospital. The location was convenient to the hospital and I appreciated the discounted rate. It would have been ridiculous to pay 60 to pack up your intubated mother's things.
Closest hotel to hospital. Next to Walgreens and 1/4 mile from waffle house.. We Got in late night. Clerk seemed annoyed that we showed up, but did answer our questions. No elevator, one ice machine, and although the room wasn't filthy, it sure hadn't been cleaned...phone had dirt on it, the mirror was covered in dust and smoke, and every surface was dusry and dirty. Luckily, I had clorox wipes. Meanwhile, when we opened room, it smelled very stale. The chain Lock was broken and faucet dripping. Coffee maker dirty. Too scared to look in microwave! Missing ice holder and iron. Mismatched pillows I did not use and bed cover looked old as dirt. 1 bath towel, 1 washcloth and 3 hand towels? Should've driven farther. I spent longer pulling out bedding and cleaning room than if id driven 15 miles! Still better than the car in hospital parking lot
Was given a great room. Beds were very comfortable. Felt safe and at ease.
One of the dirtiest hotel rooms I've ever walked into. Walked into not stayed in. roaches and filth everywhere.
For change this hotel was pretty decent rooms were fairly clean. Had some difficulties extending my stay Bluestem not accepting my debit card because it was a temp and didn't have my name on it after they took it three times prior? Go figure! But overall it was a decent stay a bit overpriced.
