My experience here has been great, thanks to Lynsey and the rest of the Helena Springs crew. Anytime I had any issues or requests, Lynsey was super responsive and made sure I was taken care of. Everyone I dealt with was extremely friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend, especially if you’re military, as they understand when you need to PCS to another location and are willing to work with you to get you squared away.

I give this place five stars because long before we moved here my family and I were talking with Rhannon, she is an excellent person like her partner, the hospitality and kindness with which they treat you is excellent, the place is clean, quiet, in a beautiful location. I moved to a two-level apartment and I love my view but what I like the most is my kitchen and my backyard. I recommend it

I love it here! I’ve been living here with my toddler for a little over a year and let me tell you, these apartments are beautiful!!!...the handy man is pretty good looking too! Helena springs is so conveniently located. I feel so safe here, I have never had a bad experience with neighbors, I have accidentally forgotten to lock my car doors several times and nothing bad has ever happened to me so that’s great! The leasing agents here are the bomb dot com! More specifically Nichelle, she is always so helpful and informative. She definitely makes this place a home.

Definitely go see Lynsey and Nichelle! They are the friendliest and most helpful office staff i have ever experienced! The community is always clean and i love the community events they do! Definitely give them a call!

My husband & I have lived here for a little over a year now, and have had such a positive experience thus far! First off, management is very accommodating. Lynsey is so helpful, and maintenance is professional & prompt with work order requests. This community is quiet, clean, and well upkept. We also enjoy being centrally located to stores and restaurants. We definitely found a great community! -Brittany Martin
