I highly recommend this welcoming dive bar. A home away from home a place for anyone especially a weirdo like me. Easy going hangout with fun music, diverse decor and wall art. Worth the walk underground alone . Excellent lighting and service love the bathroom. By far my favorite spot to visit in downtown Augusta.

What a fantastic, fun, and welcoming little joint. Outstanding staff and safe environment. First visit was for a drag show, all safety standards were in place. The show was awesome. Everyone was friendly. Good sound system, clean floors and tables. Fun and creative decor. when in Augusta, be sure and check out Joe's Underground Cafe

I only ever get dragged in here. It's the diviest place in downtown in pretty sure but also a classic because of that. Drinks, would recommend something off of tap or canned.

Joe's Underground Cafe is doing a brunch every saturday till the end of march and I was thoroughly surprised. The food was very fresh and everything tasted homemade. There's a build your own bloody mary station and different live music every week. We were the only people in there today but with food this good I imagine that's going to change.
