V friendly staff, amazing food, good portions, great price. Dropped in on La Matrice Bistrot in Augusta with not much planning as we were driving to Siracusa, and trying to find somewhere to eat for myself and my vegan partner. Found incredibly welcoming staff who basically tailored some entrees, pastas and pizza to us so we could both share and try as much as possible. Very nice atmosphere, and very welcoming English speaking chef who was willing to eat food and put out some lovely seasonal dishes for us.
Locale veramente elegante, servizio ottimo. La pizza d'autore è qualcosa di inspiegabile, la si può capire soltanto mangiandola.
Ho provato la proposta del pranzo e devo dire che è davvero sorprendente il rapporto qualità prezzo,lo consiglio vivamente!!
