Went in for a TB Quantiferon Gold blood test after ordering it online via Request a Test. Super friendly staff and minimal wait time! Checking in was super easy considering several kiosks were available and the receptionist was very helpful as well. I was pretty skeptical of this place because of the bad reviews but I had a very great experience! I’d definitely go back if I had to!

Very kind and helpful! Have been a blessing to me during this lengthy trial and error to find a diagnosis. I recommend making appointments ahead of time on the website! It helps you get seen quicker. They also have a really cool option to wait in your car and they will text you when you are ready to be seen. Thank you Labcorp Wheeler Road!

Just had some blood drawn and the entire process was awesome! Scheduled an appt just 2 hours prior, checked in from my phone, sat in my warm car until they texted me to come back, then had an awesome “vampire” (that I didn’t even feel), Dallis, take my blood. Very pleased with the whole experience!

Don’t bother making an appointment online. They said they didn’t even see it. Based on the other reviews it seems to be common. I told them I had an appointment with my doctor because I have breathing troubles right now and that’s why I booked an appointment and they said I just had to wait, but even though I couldn’t breathe they made me go back out in the cold and sit in my car which caused my hr to go up to 147, even though there was only 1 person sitting and waiting. Rude rude staff, and this is coming from someone who moved here from Baltimore! Which is known to be rude! You KNOW it’s bad if I think this ridiculous staff was rude. There need to be more locations with more staff with better training. Happy 2021, starting off strong.

Everyone is perfectly pleasant and once you do get seen it’s relatively quick. However it’s the wait that will kill you. I checked in 15 minutes before my appointment and it was 45 minutes until I was seen. They also texted me when they were supposedly ready for me but it was almost a half hour after that text until I was seen.
