I always enjoy Lowes because they not only have the equipment and hardware, but the customer service to back it up. I wish there was one closer to where i live, but it is a straight forward drive to get here and they always have everything i need. No issues with picking up online purchase or doing curbside pickups!

I’ve been here an hour. No one was staffing the appliances department so I hit the help button. Another customer showed up after me and also pressed the help button. One staff eventually showed up. We let the gentleman go first because he only needed 1 item and we are trying to purchase 4 appliances and get delivery and installation with it. An hour later, I have been met with nice customer service, apologizing that I have not been helped yet, however I still haven’t bought anything and the woman who came after me has been helped... Update: I’ve been helped and they have absolutely none of the 4 appliances or my 8 back up plans in stock and won’t for 3 months. I have no appliances. I guess I still have 5,000 in my pocket now though?

Normally am a HD customer in augusta, but they didn't have what I needed. Went to this Lowe's and was glad I did. This Lowe's is doing much better. More employees greeting customers asking if they need help or have questions. Check out employees have a nicer attitude as well. I went there for one small item and because of the employees I wound up getting several large items (electric tools). Prices are better for what I got. Will definitely be back.

I always know where everything is in Lowe’s but today not at all. They have changed the store around. Cleaning sullies are where light bulbs used to be. I mean a major turn around. That’s not to say change is bad but it’s going to be a while before I know where everything is again. Plan on spending more time in Lowe’s until you learn the store again.

I spent my time in the cabinet department. Let me tell you, if you need help and have no idea where to start, Lori is your girl! I knew the overall look I wanted but had no idea how to go about it. She spent SEVERAL hrs with me, skipping her lunch, to help custom design my cabinets for my custom project. She then took me over to the sinks and helped me pick out a sink that would work with the cabinets and my design. She went even further to help coordinate from the Augusta, GA store where I was, with the Mebane, NC store (where my builder and project is) to ensure I got the right countertops to complete my look. At the end of the transaction we hugged and I left feeling so excited and pleased with my purchase. Thank you Lori, I hope this review reaches you and that you know how much I appreciated your help, expertise, and input on everything. Keep doing what you're doing lady!
