Is also used as community center for activities inside where the gym. This was the situation on this day. However, in my youth my father brought us to this for playing as it has a play structure during our summer break from school. This shows this park has been around for years and will remain as it's maintenance and landscapes are kept up. It remains visually appealing. Still a safe place to visit. Softball , baseball. Maybe kickball in one area. Basketball and another recreational area.

I have always loved May Park every since I was a kid. My grandmother would spend her days in the ceramics shop behind the gym. While she did ceramics we would go over to the gym and play our little hearts out. When we were hungry she would send us to Red Lobster just up the street to dine. I remember this like it was yesterday and that was over 20 years ago. I come to May Park from time to time now. This is the place where I vote and it is also where the May Fest is held every year. I have no problems with this location at all. It's always clean and one year my family held a family reunion outside at the picnic area. This park is always bustling with people. Whether they are practicing in the football field, playing basketball in the gym, or any other numerous activities that are held here, everything runs smoothly and safely. This is a great place to be!!!
