Love the microtel Inns. We have stayed in them before. Rooms are always very clean,beds comfortable and staff very helpful. Our only complaint this time was the water in the bathtub had no cold water. The hot was very very hot but we couldn't get any cold water. However we won't hesitate to stay again.

First thing seen when we got into our room after a very long drive was a roach on the desk. And we paid for one of the nicer rooms too. I would not recommend staying here

Room is outstanding and clean. The bathroom however, was not. Staff was informed. No one from housekeeping came to rectify the issue. Disappointed as this was a great stay otherwise. Staff at front desk was friendly. If not for the dirty bathroom made to look as if it had been properly cleaned, this would have been a perfect stay.

First of all the gentleman at front desk, manager? Mitul Patel 'MK' (forgive my spelling please) was so very, respectful, kind, and helpful. I work nights at local hospital and getting sleep was a priority for me. He said he would make sure none of the staff woke me up! He always let me check out late each time I have stayed so I may sleep for couple hours after work. My room was very clean, whirlpool tub was sparkling. Housekeeping never woke me up tapping loudly every morning like has happened most places I have stayed this year. The beds are very comfortable. Only sad thing was pool was closed for the season . I have signed a contract for several more work weeks here so I Will definitely be back! I will definitively recommend this hotel to many of my fellow traveling nurses. Thank you!!

Nice place to stay. Most of the staff was friendly. 1 "gentleman" seemed angry a lot during the day while doing laundry etc... so that was detracting. Rooms were clean... everythimg worked well. Bed was quite comfortable. Will definitely stay here again when in the area.
