I scheduled an appointment 6 weeks ahead. While on the phone I specifically remember putting the date and time into my calendar. If you have an iPhone you know you have to type in the time so I know I did not mess up. Not to mention I never schedule as early as they said I did because I have kids to get off to school. Then after refusing to let me be seen they offered an appointment another month out. Needless to say after reading all of the reviews I am so glad I did!

I see Dr. Knodel and I absolutely love her! She actually cares about her patients and listens to every problem and/or concern which is more than I can say compared to me old OB which is why I switched OB offices. The front desk and nurses are professional and sweet as well. The wait can sometimes be a little long sometimes, but they cant help that they are always busy. If you've ever worked a day in your life, you would understand that not every visit will be in and out. Please be patient because they do their best to get everyone in as fast as possible.

Highly disappointed...Had an appointment scheduled when got here I discovered it was cancelled. I was told they tried to contact me but nothing was not left on voicemail about cancellation, only that I would be rescheduled to see the Nurse Practitioner. Didn't receive a letter either. My time is precious as well. Love my physician oh well. It hurts even to write this. Blessings to all the doctors and staffs. Dr Gresham if you happen to read this please I pray you all look into carefully who is handling your business at the front desk. It makes a difference.

Dr. Gresham is an absolutely amazing doctor! He was very informative on the cysts on my ovaries and since my procedure, things have been a breeze. Not to mention, you can’t even tell I’ve had surgery! The staff was very welcoming and I’d recommend this office with a perfect rating! Thank you so much Dr. Gresham and Augusta OB/GYN Specialist!!

Dr. Jordan and the staff at this location are great but the wait is just entirely too long. But some of the reason is because he delivers babies and they come when they are ready. That means he has to get to the hospital at a moment's notice sometimes causing his appointment to get backed up. I loved the staff. I also love the precautions taken during COVID. The wait time is my only complaint.
