WOW! This man is utterly shocking. He called the real-estate agents and asked them for comparable comps on properties instead of trying to figure out the research on valuable land in the same type of property. DO NOT USE THIS APPRAISER! He appraises all the homes for much less than their value and doesn't do the work in which he is paid to do .Poor level of research, professionalism, and business.

This man calls the RE agents to ask for comps instead of looking up comps himself. In my opinion, he needs to get in another profession, He appraises home for less than their value. Worst appraiser we have ever had dealings with. Many errors on the homes he appraised, which he was assigned to, by the purchaser's lender. Errors were pointed out to him, where they were made and he still did not fix them, before turning the final appraisal in to the lender.
