I took my brothers dog to get a bath and his toe nails trimmed. She did a fabulous job! So sweet and kind. Wally looks and feels fabulous. Will make sure he goes back again.

I went to buy fish. The aquariums were extremely dirty but all the fish seemed very healthy. I bought 3 fish. On the way out, I saw a hamster I wanted. It was close to closing so I told the girl at checkout about it and about it getting late. She said don't worry about it. You have time. She took me to where the supplies were, entering my information into her tablet as we talked. We went to get the hamster and proceeded to the checkout. My agreement was already printed and waiting for us. I finished checking out just as the store was closing. She so pleasant and helpful, it was refreshing. I have always found this store to be understaffed, but the quality of the staff is excellent. I have also found you have a much better selection and variety of products compared to you local competitor who shall not be named. I will be shopping here more often.

I came a distance to buy a product which you didn't have. I've purchased it before with no problem however it wasn't available that day. Although I couldn't find what I came for, I found three employees who helped me find an alternative so I appreciate the service. Many places would have ignored me.

Buyer beware. This place is a mess the employees are very rude. Particularly the women with long gray hair that don't like to wear her name tag in the fish department. The manager is clueless when it comes to salt water tanks. The saltwater tanks have not been cleaned in months. The fish they get in are sick from it. Corporate office is my next step. Don't wast your money here... I would post the photos but they disabled that feature

It was amazing, the person who helped me was nice she got the perfect amount of food for me for my leopard gecko, she told me a lot of facts that I really had no idea about that I really need to know about my gecko, and there was 3 baby leopard geckos there and I got one but because it's a baby still I do not know if it's a boy or girl, but I think it's gonna be a boy and he is so cute. And I think there was two adult leopard geckos there too. And she got calcium powder for me.
