Stay here a lot and every time I do there is a problem . The staff doesn’t care to address it or fix it pay my hard earned money to either get a room with roaches . If it’s not roaches the tv’s in most of the rooms do not work . I have to sit in my room that I paid for that was described to have a working tv . They don’t care to try and sway out tv , I couldn’t get moved to another room . I just have to sit here and basically look at me my wife and daughter and four walls. This has happened my last two visits . I will not be returning .EVER AGAIN!

I had planned to bring a 2 year old here and outlets were hanging put of the walls, there were stains on the sheets and stains on the wall. The tv remote didn't even control the tv and the sound went in and out occasionally.
Absolutely amazing deal for the money! Friendly people, Convenient location close to everything and was super clean, neat, well kept and comfortable! Everything you could ask for in a hotel, with a great price as well!
I beg future guests to avoid this place at all costs. I stopped here with my family on our way home from vacation because my husband was violently ill. There were little things I noticed upon check-in like a torn blanket on the bed and a roach crawling on the floor. However, the most vexing part of all was being charged a 50 smoking fee. I do not smoke, my husband does not smoke, and my 1-year-old definitely does not smoke. When I called the first time the front desk staff told me I had to call back and speak to a manager. When I called the second time the front desk staff (who turned out to be the general manager) told me that both housekeeping and herself smelled smoke. I explained the situation and mentioned that my family does not smoke. She told me that she smelled smoke so someone definitely smoked in the room. At which point I was hurt by the insinuation that I would smoke in a confined space in the presence of my toddler. When I mentioned this she then insinuated that a separate guest had smoked in the room. Feeling utterly defeated, I asked if I could fight the charge to which the GM responded that "I could fight it but she would fight it right back." That 50 could have gone to diapers and instead I'm reaping the consequences for something I simply did not do. I wish I would have read the reviews before staying here as many of them stated the constant and lingering smell of smoke that permeates the air. A few other reviews also state being cheated out of 50. The only compensation I have gotten is an email from the GM insisting we smoked in the room and denying what was said to me.
Dissapointed definitely not what we expected..90 degrees outside swimming pool closed by the health department and apparently has been for quite some time. We booked online didn't know any of this until we checked in and was going to be charged 50 to cancel. Laundry facility broke. Room very small..refrigerator/microwave in the closet area..tv remote only worked in certain areas of the room. Black mold all over the ceiling and walls of the bathroom.a cockroach crawling in the bathroom and the drain plug didn't work to give my grand daughter a bath.
Love it.... Everything was nice the room, the location and especially the staff. I will be staying at this location again.
Rude staff. The front desk lady was extremely rude during my stay. They threaten to put me out even though I had paid for an entire week. The maintenance man had to step in and explain things to her.
