It was such a nice hotel. Tub was a bit to small for two people. But that doesnt even matter They allowed our dog while we were traveling. Room was spotless. Beds were clean and moderately soft. It was nice. Air con didnt cool and strongly as id like. But eventually it got chilly in our room.

STAYED HERE JUST OVER A WEEK AND IT WAS WONDERFUL PLACE TO STAY. EXCEPTIONALY CLEAN AND EVERYBODY WAS SO FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL TO ME PLUS ONE OF GHE BEST RATES IN TOWN I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS RED ROOF INN VERY QUIET AND GREAT PLACE TO RELAX WITH NEW FUZZY SLIPPERS TOO LOL
Very clean and comfortable. The only down side is no breakfast bar due to COVID19.
Loved my stay!! The customer service was amazing! I was traveling, they asked about my trip. The lady in the front was genuine and the sweetest. When I got into my room everything was well made and it looked just like the pictures I seen of the hotel online. Because of COVID, they aren't serving breakfast however, they still provide coffee. Altogether my stay was great! Very well done Red Roof. I will definitely recommend to anyone else who comes across Augusta, Georgia!
This Red Roof is awesome!! We have stayed at many and this is about the best. Recently remodeled, clean, very nice breakfast area and pool. Very friendly staff. Right off the highway, easy to get to. If you are in the area we would highly recommend staying here.
Great value I tell you what. High ceilings. Clean nice rooms. For real if youre on a budget this is nice for the money. Staff was very friendly and never rude towards me. Thanks for the great stay red roof inn!
I was mostly pleased with the customer service i recieved. I spilled my whole drink on my bed linens and had to remove them.. i went to the front desk with my dirty linen and told her what i did and she refused me any clean linem. Said that they only gave out sheets to stsy over guest mon and fridays. Ir i would have to pay 10 dollars for the linen. I feel thats obsurd. It was an accident for goodness sake.
Man at the front desk was very rude. When I climbed in the bed I noticed the sheets were very dirty. I mean very noticeable. We had to move to the other bed. Beds are so uncomfortable felt like I was sleeping on a board. Heard noise all night and people walking above us. Terrible place will not be returning.
