Not only is Residence at Riverwatch full of beautiful apartments and facilities with all of the perks one would expect from a luxury complex, but its staff is also tremendous. Both Jillian and Emily have been nothing but helpful since my first tour, and they quickly and diligently deal with any problems as they arise. Jillian's charisma is off-the-charts, and she does all manner of things to keep the residents entertained. She even gave me my first tour dressed as the Grinch! I am excited to live here and look forward to more antics.

We chose Residence at Riverwatch in 2019 solely for the school district. The staff at that time was tremendously helpful, welcoming, and friendly. That is still the case. Jillian's missives are amusing and informative. We have watched the community grow and improve during our time here with additions of a dock, walkways, exercise stops on the sidewalk, and bark park play areas. It is a lovely place to live, the apartments are spacious and full of little touches of elegance. All that said, here is the thing that makes Residence at Riverwatch the place to be. Mike. Mike makes all the tiny annoyances that plague apartment complexes go away. Now, we have added Michelle to the family and they both are a joy. Got a clogged sink? Mike and Chelle (Shelly, Chelli, not sure how she spells it) to the rescue. Can't figure out why your dishwasher won't work? (switch under the sink) Mike and Chelle to the rescue. AND, they do not make you feel dumb for asking. I cannot say enough good things about maintenance here. Even during the time of COVID, we have never waited more than a day for a fix to a problem. The online payment/resident portal is great, the landscaping is a pleasure, and where else can you sit on a balconette in an apartment complex and see both the pool and egrets and great blue herons? No where I know of. We love this place. You will, too. Come be a neighbor.
Wonderful, beautiful and well kept community located in a perfect little spot. The entire staff is friendly (thank you Jillian for all your help!) and I have to say that living here would be an absolute pleasure. I’d also like to mention that I LOVE how close it is to a 24 hour vet clinic. All in all, great apartment community if you’re looking to live happily.
Just wanted to share some long overdue praise for the management at Residences at Riverwatch. Jillian and her team are doing a great job and I particularly want to thank Jillian for her patience during a recent concern I had over the scheduling of our shower door installation. Kudos as well to Shelly for the good work she does maintaining our unit.
For reference I spoke with Jillian Dillon who is the Property Manager. I moved to Augusta not too long ago and was looking in to leasing an apartment with my wife. Out of all the other options in our price-range, this place was by far the best. When touring, I was given all the details up-front and any questions I had was answered very well. There were no issues in getting approved for this place, and Jillian made the process of moving-in extremely easy! Can't recommend these guys enough. 5/5
