Built an entire (manufactured wood) deck as my stay at home Corona virus days project with everything coming from Home Depot. I watched online videos and looked at manufactures web pages to learn how to build a deck. Did not often make mistakes. I work very slow so this was a three month effort. Came out quite nice. Thanks HD for having everything in stock at my local store. Now its time to sit under the tree (I purchased the HD Hamptonbay line of patio furniture) and enjoy a glass of wine.

The young lady at Customer Service was very helpful. I had difficulty finding the item I was looking for. A gentleman helped me find the item and got a ladder to retrieve it from a high shelf. Great experience!

I went to the Home Depot after buying three appliances and had a issue with the refrigerator door that did not close properly. It was 10 days since delivery and I wanted to find out what I can do to get it rectified. The first associate said said he could not help me and to ask Janice. Janice responded without even looking up at me from the register and asked when it was delivered. I responded about 10 days and she said \Manufacturer\ very rudely and said it was past 48 hours. All this was done without even looking up from the register. Evidently no customer service skills and very rude. I was very surprised at this behavior. I left and will handle through management and see if they even care about customer service.

Clean store and has a lot in stock. Not quite as nice as the one in Evans, but still an excellent store. Friendly and helpful staff.
