I received a gift card to this place specifically by my employer because they know how much I love the boba here. I came in, thought I ordered a Thai coffee with boba and left the remainder of the gift card credit with the cashier so she could use it for someone else. My order comes up and it was a Thai tea, the girl I ordered with walked over and I asked if it was the coffee and she said no it’s the coffee. I said I’m sorry I thought I ordered the coffee and she said no you ordered the tea. I was about to just take the tea and leave but she insisted I stay and have another one made. While waiting for the next tea she was waiting for me to check out. Confused I asked if I have to pay for the new one. I paid and then asked about a refund and she told me no it’s not the policy it was your fault. At this point I have paid for 2 drink and only had one. The person at the front called another associate from the back and she reiterated what the first associate said and I let her know I understand that I misspoke but couldn’t understand why I couldn’t just exchange the drink out. The associate in the back also claimed the front associate said I was willing to pay for the drink which was never communicated with me initially before I gave them the tea thinking that they would of just swapped it for the coffee. Such a hassle and headache Ended up leaving after they finally offered a refund but I declined ultimately because of how embarrassed I was repetitively being told I was wrong so often and now causing a scene over something that could of been a simple rectification. Never coming here again, I understand the policy but I would of made different choices if I was more informed before buying a second drink.

Tasty treats and good eats. Prices were the lowest I've seen per ounce of any froyo place.
Went for Bubble Tea and was too hype. I asked for it to be made with no ice but they didn't do that. No harm, no foul...until I brought it to their attention. They just poured my tea into a new cup and didn't even bother to top it off. The whole reason I asked for no ice is because I wanted a cup full of tea. Definitely disappointed but will probably still come back since I can't find bubble tea anywhere else.
Always a great place to stop with your family and partake of their goodness! Great place that is clean with a good staff! Keep it up!

Yogurt is always good; however, I was disheartened that a Tutti Frutti employee chose not keep your customers safe. When visiting on 02/07/2021 around 12:30, the employee on duty had her mask below her nose and barely covering her mouth. My family and I have decided that if we go back and see the same thing, we will not patronize this business.
I visit tutti frutti today for the first time and it was a horrible experience. The man in there who was working was so nasty to me. When I got to the counter to pay I couldn't find my card to pay with, and I do not carry cash. He asked did I have any cash to pay with and I said no . So he said he have to report me because I couldn't pay and he tried to take a picture of me and he took a picture of my tag number . He was outside at my car hard down arguing with me so I had called the police. The police said there was nothing for him to report, just because I didn't pay. I mean like it's not like I stole the yogurt . He was even in there going back and forth with the police . I Will Neve Visit Tutti Frutti Again !
