I had a great visit with Dr. Robertson (ultimate professional and very caring about my kitty). My initial quote for service was high, so I let the vet tech know and she made sure that I had the chance for a consult. I walked through the need with Dr Robertson and reduced the bill by 50%, still feel like we got the service we needed. Do make sure you understand all of the tests and what they will indicate for treatment. My kitty was totally unstressed afterwards, which means she was treated like the princess she is!

I have always had a good experience at Augusta Valley animal hospital. Dr. Knabe is outstanding. I was veterinarians take the time to talk to you explain exactly what is going on. It was difficult for me moving into the area and having to change veterinarians after 30 years. Augusta Valley animal hospital made it seamless. I could not recommend this place anymore highly! ️
