Was unable to get my order due to the "curbside pickup" option being a lie. They have no accommodations for immune compromised individuals and never pick up their phone.

The food is good, but the service was terrible. The woman working saw me waiting but instead of helping me, she started wiping off a counter. A few minutes later she finally approached but was very rude. She sighed and threw her hands in the air when I gave her my order. Then when I paid (in cash) she turned sweet, asked if I wanted extra seasoning for my sour cream pretzel. This is before she literally shoved a tip jar at me.
Tried to get a lemonade, but apparently they just shut down when they feel like it. I got told that they are shut down for 30 minutes. Apparently the lemonade isn't for sale... worst place ever. I will never go there again
The saturday april 17 and monday 19 was closed! Can someone explain why? There is no sing, no notice for the public!
Came in at 12:30 today just to get pretzels. Display case was empty. Lady behind the counter ignored us for a minute, until I spoke up and asked when they would have some pretzels out. She snapped, "We're not open today." It's Saturday. How are you not open in a mall on a Saturday? And could have posted a sign since I came earlier in the day and no one was there so I just figured they opened at noon or something. Came back for nothing.
So I made an order and I was going to pick it up and then there was nobody their but on the website it said it was open and it charged me for it I really want to know when they are and aren't open.
No comparison to hot Sam's Miss them so much
Is the manager still working there just curious and they should make one in the elkhart area more customers and more employees and so that they have there own building not one in the up mall I understand the attraction it gives but come on reality a new one should open up.
