We got some rather tasty pretzels and quite enjoyed them. The staff were not particularly quick but they were friendly enough and the food was good.

I OWN A STORE IN THE MALL AND ALL THE EMPLOYEES AND I HAVE SPENT HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS AT THIS PLACE! WE LITERALLY EAT THERE EVERYDAY! THEN ONE DAY THEY DECIDED TO CUT THEIR PRETZEL DOG BITES PORTION AND WHEN MENTIONED TO THEM THEY WOULDN'T DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT! IT IS REALLY DISAPPOINTING TO KNOW THAT AFTER SPENDING HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS THERE, THEY WOULDN'T TRY TO TAKE CARE OF US, THE REGULARS, PROPERLY! AND ON TOP OF THAT WITH ALL THE HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS WE SPENT THERE, SOMEONE COULD OF MENTIONED TO US THAT YOU GUYS HAD AN APP WITH REWARDS, WHAT A DISGRACE!
Have been a fan of their pretzels all the time. Mini dogs are so delicious and so filling. Do try their cinnamon and sugar pretzels too.
