Doesn't have any pretzels ready to go, and had to take our order twice to still get it wrong... And didn't give us straws for our drinks. Ugh. Been here for around ten minutes and am still waiting for the pretzel. We just don't want to try to have someone refund our money.

Went to Annie's this morning said they are closed because of weather...lmaooooo I am from Buffalo New York and the weather is nothing omg live in Buffalo in the winter you be closed everyday of the week.

Got pepperoni pretzel.. could have broken a window with it hard as a brick and the lemonade is watered down... not to mention it was 8.08.... never again
