Drove all the way from Pompano to your store to get a cinnamon sugar pretzel was told because you're closing at 6 you weren't making any more. Brought the nuggets which by the way for 6:50 is a rip off and to top it off it tasty terrible. Shame on you for selling old stale food for that ridiculous price. Very disappointing!

I ordered from this location through Uber Eats. I ordered three almond pretzels with three AA sweet mustard’s. They provided me honey mustard sauce from Ken’s steakhouse that you get for free at any salad place. Where is my auntie annes sweet mustard that I paid for! Horrible
Good selection but it is expensive.
Not sure what all the hate is about but I didn’t have any issues with the people there or their services.
Claim a bucket will take 20-30 minutes but they have 10 cups of what i want already made. That makes literally no sense
The absolute worst Auntie Anne's I've ever been to. We paid over 30 for pepperoni pretzel nuggets that tasted stale and crunchy and we asked for large cherry lemonade mixers and were about to be charged for large when supposedly all they had were small cups and they gave us strawberry instead of cherry after I told the cashier 4 times it was cherry since she came back and kept asking, "I'm sorry, you said strawberry?" And I told her "No, cherry." I don't think I could've been any clearer. I only gave them 1 star because they were willing to remake the nuggets, even though some were burned.
I ordered an almond pretzel and a ice tea from your store. I paid, Got my pretzel, then he came over and said that there was no ice tea. Since I really don't drink anything else I asked for a refund on my ice tea. However, he said no one was at the store to do refunds and he offered me a lowered priced water instead. I basically had no choice but left and disputed my 4.00 tea I never got with my credit card company. Paid for something I never received.
