Cashier was wearing mask with nose exposed. Touched face often. Reused same sanitation wipe for myself, and well as the 6 customers I stood there for after. She was course and bordering on rude.

Stood in line for over 20 minutes only to find out their were only 2 pretzels available. Instead of one of the two workers telling the people in line they were sold out...they said nothing. Will not be purchasing anything from here ever again. Just plain ignorant

The Pretzels are good, but the wait is just ridiculous. Not only do you have to wait in a long time, but when you get to the counter, they will be out of almost everything and you will then have to wait some more for them to make what you want. I would suggest going to one located in Harrisburg. There is one located in downtown Harrisburg at Strawberry Square and they are much faster than this one.

I really like it. Done in 1 minute and so nice. Best aunty Anne place. It is also delicious and employees are kind.

They refuse to give out any water unless it is bottled which is 2. This is illegal in the United States.

My visit here could be best described as a beautiful tragedy. First, they forgot to cook my pretzel nuggets after going through the initial wait. Second, they burned my pretzel nuggets after apologizing for not cooking it. Fortunately, they fixed it by making me 4 cups of pretzel nuggets. Unfortunately, I still had to wait 45 minutes for my nuggets and 4 cups won't give me back my 45 minutes of waiting. T.T

I wish I didn't have to give them any stars. After watching the guy on the outside of the glass that was on break talk and yell over the pretzels that were being made I still stood in line because I wasn't ordering the ones he possibly spit on. The yeller clocked back in and began taking orders. He was so kind to give me hard pretzels I asked for another cup... those pretzels were hard too. They told me a 7 to 10 minute wait... that was a lie. I waited 20 minutes for a cup of original nuggets. Why!? While waiting I had the privilege of seeing another paying customer walk by and give their pretzel nuggets back to Joel and say "these were hard". Then, the little girl that was standing on the outside keeping Joel company, she must work there because she had non-slip shoes on. She reached inside the customers half eaten cup and ate a pretzel and shrugged as if saying "they're not that bad". Once my pretzels came up I asked the yeller what could he do for my inconvenience... Of course, hes just a cashier so he cleverly told me a free sauce. I asked for a supervisor or a lead and Joel walked up to the front eager to solve my problem and showed amazing customer service. WRONG! He drug his tiny feet and showed he was annoyed and could care less. He must not get paid enough or appreciate his position as a lead enough to wear a fake smile when a PAYING customer has a complaint. Never have I ever had a bad experience with Auntie Anne's until today. They need somebody over 15 years old leading that location.
