Teresa and the girls are always nice when I come here. Also the store just went through a remodel as well and it looks great!

I love pretzels and I’m literally buying for you guys every day. However, you don’t have many options available. Pleaseee make pepperoni pretzels a thing! Ik people would buy them all the time!

Store hours are a mystery. Ordered through the app for pickup. Got there 20 minutes before close but the whole store was shut down. The person there told me she refunded my order. Get your hours right and stop wasting my time. Edit: I checked my statement and my order was not refunded. Now I have to go through their customer service to remove this fraudulent charge. Awful.

I never seem to come here during a peaceful moment. One time I came to this location and almost collapsed on the counter because I was choking on something. (I still to this day have no idea what it was.) I mimed drinking from a cup. The workers looked completely confused, figured out I couldn't talk and got me water. For that reason alone, I have to at least give the place four stars. But today, after a particularly uneventful experience at Kohl's, it was an absolute relief to talk to such a professional and pleasant pretzel cook. I'm not sure what his name is, but he was there today, is light-complexioned and about 5'7 or 5'8, unsure of race. He made sure to tell me how long my wait was, apologized when he forgot my cheese dip and greeted me immediately. The lady on the cash register was kinda quiet and a wee bit blahzay, but he was so nice that I could ignore her "rather be somewhere else" demeanor. And after horrendous service at Kohl's, I was just happy to talk to ANYONE who wasn't being unnecessarily mean to customers.

We wanted to purchase the small mini dogs in the cup, but when the guy/worker grabbed the cup from the top, having his hands touch our food without gloves, we canceled the order. When we told him that his hands where touching our food he rolled his eyes and gave us the dirtiest look. Excuse me, I don’t want my food getting all touched up by someone who was just holding money, mopping, or whatever he was doing before us. That was absolutely disgusting!
