I’ve eaten a truly disdainful amount of pretzels in the past couple of months here. Definitely worth the drive. This is the only location in the Nashville area that has good service, bigger portions, etc.

Poor customer service, at first only offered me bottled water then charged me for tap water. I am unsatisfied
If I could give zero stars I would. Employees were rude when I made a special request, told me they couldn’t make it the way I asked, so they didn’t.
Every time I'm in the cool springs mall I have to stop for my favorite Auntie Anne's pretzel nuggets with salt. They are worth the calories.
Tasty pretzels. One of my favorite spots for a treat at the mall. Usually staffed with kids, so service is hit or miss. Can not complain about the pretzels. They have always been good and fresh.
Went to get a quick snack before an appointment and was told he’d make it. I the worker on his phone plenty of times he then sold my dog to someone else and came to tell me he can give me anything else or refund me. Poor customer service.
I was greeted by Caleb, he took my order and served me promptly, very cute too, I would tie my pretzel with caleb any day! (The five stars are for caleb)
