Upon entering the mall.... There it was.. I saw it. Auntie anne's pretzels... Yeah baby! Headed straight for the pretzel joint. Dang there a line. But it moved quick enough. Ordered a regular warm salted pretzel with cheeeeeeeese. Received a warm pretzel with cheese. Ate warm pretzel with cheese. All is good. Go here. Order the pretzel. With cheese.

Was visiting family from another state sister said this was her favorite place. Staff was friendly but the cheese tasted fake & came prepackaged like dipping sauce along with the pretzels overcooked and hard. Sis says the cheese never came prepackaged and the pretzels were always fresh. Just a bad day I guess?
The older woman is always rude for no reason.
Wish I could give 0 stars. There is no reason to stop making pretzels so early prior to the actual closing time so that 20-30 minutes before “closing” the workers just stand there telling people they are all out of all pretzel items. Ridiculous!! It’s been like this multiple times! You’re losing customers and have lost my business. Is this the direction from management?
OMG I love their pretzels! I have been eating here for years,I can't tell you how long it's been. I remember when they didn't have the pretzel sicks, now that they have them it's more convenient. Especially since I have to have the awesome cheese dip with them! I never see them without salt, now that would make it even better.

Cashier wasnt vary nice and didnt seem to care about my questions. Customer service is bad and pigs in a blanket I ordered was cold and no good. My brother ordered brown sugar and cinnamon pretzel bites and those were good.
