This Auntie Anne’s is one of the best I’ve been to. The customer service is extraordinary! The employee who helped me, Julia, was very outgoing and extremely respectful. She was fast and didn’t poke around like some of the other Auntie Anne’s employees I’ve incountered at other facilities. Outstanding job here, will be back for more!
Terrible customer service. Stopped there to have them hold a pretzel without butter for my wife, while I was shopping. Came back for the pretzel and they said they were making fresh, so I'd have to wait. Why did I stop prior to shopping? To keep from waiting. Disgusted, I left. They said they were sorry but why make fresh when I would have bought what they had. Will never patronize another one of these again. I felt completely ignored.

Nothing but sugar and gooey dough. Not what a soft pretzel is supposed to taste or look like.
