The employees seemed very irritated I wanted a pretzel not bites took her 11 mins to even make them cause she kept looking back at me all angry. You could use some cheerful employees everytime I go im greeted by Oscar the grouch No name tag but its Sept 20th at 1:45 pm

The girl working made it seem like it was a problem I wanted unsalted pretzel bites because it would take 7 minutes if I really wanted to wait then made it an issue I wanted a smaller size of cinnamon bites because that would also take 7 minutes. Not happy with my visit at all. And no name tag so I can’t tel you her name.

Usually have a good experience here, I am writing a review for my friend who didn’t want to do it. Today was ridiculous to say the least, the ONE woman behind the counter was extremely rude to my friends and I, first I told her to keep my receipt and she snatched it away in a rude manor, next my friend ordered pretzel bites that weren’t ready yet so she told her it would be 5 minutes, 15 MINUTES LATER, she is just putting them in to be cooked. In the meantime we watched her make and serve about 3 other people. My friend went up to the counter a couple of times asking when they would be ready and she was ignored. FINALLY they were ready, and they forgot her cheese. Lol, we didn’t catch the girls name but if you hate your job so much then you should probably find a different one instead of being rude to people!! *****!

Pretzels ok. 4 or 5 ppl on staff but tables not clean. Hmmm. Management could tighten up for better sales.
