I will never ever support this business again. Denied service for not having a mask, your located in an OUTSIDE shopping mall. I have never felt so uncomfortable being in a business. Leaving 8 months pregnant with a screaming 2 year old and no pretzel. It may not seem like a big deal to some, but it is to me. I was so belittled I left your business crying with my toddler in hand. Congratulations on hiring the most irritants day rude employees! These employees need a reality check, and need training on how to treat others! Really wish I can leave no stars!

The red haired young lady that works here is very unfriendly. She yelled at me to keep the door closed and the proceeded to complain to her coworker about something in her personal life. She seems to be on a power trip. They were very loud and seemed to care more about socializing that providing customer service. She then yelled at a man who walked in without a mask on. I understand company policy, but she doesn’t have to yell at people. Luckily, the food is usually good but don’t expect good customer service:

I seriously wish I had read the reviews before we stopped here. There was a family in front of us when we went in...they were served, and then the girl behind the counter looked at us and turned her back to us. She started talking to the girl making the pretzel bites (told her it was ok that they were burnt) and then went over to make more pretzels. I waited a couple minutes before saying “excuse me...”. She turned and looked at me and rudely said “what?!” and then turned to talk to her coworker with her back to us. I asked if I could order and she just rolled her eyes at me and rudely asked “what do you want??” The pretzels we ordered were stale and cold. The service here is ridiculously terrible. Their management needs to have a serious sit down with their employees.

Went in to order a pretzel dog and some lady in the back office said they wouldn’t make it. I was like cool have a nice day. I work at the outlets that place will not receive any of my money ever again. Sorry...not sorry.

The two people working had horrible attitudes and were very slow to complete small orders. They yelled at another couple for being over a ridiculous capacity of 6 and then refused to serve them! Never again.

I very badly wanted to write a review to disprove all of the negative reviews out here but I just can’t. We have visited here several times, the pretzels are always great but the employees all have a bad attitude. Complaining about their job, the number of customers they have, etc. Today we tried to go again and and were yelled at while opening the door that we needed to wait outside due to the number of people already inside. This would have been fine, but the pointing and yelling could have been handled differently. We left without our order. One star.

Young girl behind the counter has a real attitude problem. Ran off around 10 customers while I was waiting. Not a good showing for the business

They always forget my sauce and whenever my drink would come with a lemonade.. I end up with Pepsi. Also who in their right mind would forget the icing sauce when I ordered cinnamon pretzel bites.
