Was there today, both employees properly masked and our pretzels were delicious! The woman who took our order was friendly and got our food right to us. Would return for sure!

Love this place. They had good stuff for a good price. Their service was great to; the guy I dealt with was friendly and got my pretzel just the way i wanted it. Hats off to the team at Auntie Anne’s for a great experience. Will he coming back here for sure, and would highly recommend.
Wonderful place for the perfect snack while the kiddos play. I was also so thankful that they were some of the coupons from the local libraries summer reading program. The kids were so happy to get their own pretzels after all their hard work reading!
I didn't even visit this store to eat today. Me and my family were in the playplace when one of the employees left a line of customers at their counter to walk over to us and put herself inches from our faces and threaten us. She stated she didn't think we should bounce her on our knee threatening to call DHS and physical violence in front of our daughters. We are still here while her and her co-worker voice threats from behind thel counter. Wep asked for a manager and they wouldn't provide one or a phone number.
Overpriced and in mature staff that would rather talk on the phone and talk with her co-workers then help you get a stale pretzel
Great pretzels. Supposedly they close at 9:00 but the employee said that we couldn't get a garlic pretzel at 7:50 because "the butter was put away." Really? That's why I won't give them a higher rating!
This is one of the best reasons to go to Merle Hay Mall. My daughter and I always love to get a pretzel. We don't go to Merle Hay very often but this is definitely a plus. It's definitely a place you should check out. It has a mall playground area for little kids to play while you enjoy your pretzel
