Came here today around 11:15 (April 9th 2021). Ordered 2 pretzel cups, and found not only one but TWO long hairs in one of my cups. Definitely not happy. Absolutely disgusting. When we were there no one was even wearing hairnets to prevent this from happening.

Today at 4:09 I asked for a basketball tournament and they said they weren't selling. Then out of nowhere a lady says I'll prepare it. Then they said no coke, then they couldn't receive 50 bill. There are 4 people working and they said they was going to close. If it says 5 you have to serve till 5 I'm sure that's the way it should be.

6 visible employees. Stood in line for over 10 min for two girls that couldnt make up their mind. No one offered to help and none of the employees had masks over their nose. Will not be returning to this location and I imagine you will soon be out of business like the rest of the food court with the way your employees are behaving

I went to York gallery location there suppose to open up at stated on there sign the girl working the stand tells me she can sell anything until the other person she works with shows up for work they totally lost a sale from me maybe her coworker should show up on time

Workers got ignorant when asked about pretzel dog size. We weren’t told there was only one size. When we order we asked for cinnamon nuggets and there was some in the case, didn’t get them. When we got our pretzel dogs we asked about out nuggets and they told us there weren’t any and they gave us the regular ones. They could have given them to us when we ordered but didn’t.

The lady who took my order was extremely rude. I asked what flavors they have in there slushies and she told me all the same as the drinks. There was no blue frozen slushies so I asked if she had blue where she got snippy and said she has all the same flavors. Them she dumps this flavor mix in the bottom and puts white frozen mix on top and shakes it once and pretty much throws the cup on the counter and says here! Very rude I will not return.
