The emplouees were so nice. They werent even open yet and they still gave me a Pretzel.

Walked up because I saw them putting fresh pretzels up. The website said they open at 3am. The lady just blah said “we open at 5am and then just looked away” I get it, it’s early, but we all need something to get us moving, don’t have to be a grouch about it. Bummer. I love those pretzels. Too bad I won’t be going back. New airport. Terrible people.

Horrible customer Service. Came here multiple times, every time it’s the same thing. Most of the items are not ready or sold out By 10 AM and when you ask if they are going to make fresh ones, they tell you no they are to busy.

Its 6:39 a.m. I come to make a purchase. There are obviously items prepared. Yet the two women working is telling us they are closed to restock....I cant believe they let customers walk away.
