I have to say I'm shocked that there are only 18 reviews averaging 3 and a 1/2 stars. This location should have hundreds of your views of 1 or 2 stars. The food is fine and I generally prefer not driving out of the way too Wetzel's pretzels.. This location though I couldn't not recommend enough. Time after time my daughter gets excited every time we go to this Walmart of to get pretzels and again and again well after 10:00 a.m. or 11:00 a.m. They aren't even open and ready to serve. Today was my final straw. I intentionally planned my shopping trip so that they should be open.. We got to Walmart after 10:00 a.m. and I notice they still hadn't been set up yet even though they were supposed to be open. We did our shopping and on our way out it was nearly 11:30 a.m.(1.5 after they should have been opened). The Germans he The lights for the warm display were on so I got my daughter excited expecting them to be open now. I get up to the counter and one of the people working said they haven't even started making the pretzels yet.. Having to turn around my two-year-old got very sad. So rather than wait until they had pretzels ready likely have before I decided to drive to the Queen Creek Walmart where there is a Wetzel pretzel. Go ahead and save yourself the time of stopping by this location and just drive to Queen Creek. Whetsel makes better pretzels anyways and they're almost guaranteed to be open on time.. Also.. Good luck in a call back from their corporate services customer care line..

I wish there was another Auntie Anne's near San Tan Valley as this place is a joke!!! All the employees are young kids who have no motivation to work! Half the time there sitting around talking while 1 person is acutely working! Employee's who are not working sit in the lobby talking and holding up staff that are suppose to be working as well as swearing ALOT! I usally do a phone order for the pretzel dogs as it's more convient than waiting for it to be made! I usally do this 2 times a month. Well today I call and I'm told I have to do it online??? Really like I haven't tried that!!!! This location does not have the ability to take online orders yet I'm told they can't take a phone order??? I explained this and she said well it should be there as were not allowed to take phone orders! When I got there I showed her that the San tan valley location is NOT LISTED!!!! To the mangers please for the love of god hire someone who is older than 15!!!!

Good just over priced but not that’s a major corporate issue instead.

Ok I've never had a problem but lately i have last few timews they didnt have any ready. Went yesterday Nov 2 at 5:30 pm and the girl.had nothing made. She said I can wait about 5 or 6 minutes and she can make some. It wasn't busy and she had the time to have them made and ready its rediculous that people cant do a simple job when its not instead of wandering around looking lost. I went to QT instead and and had pizza and pretzels.
