After standing in line for a cinnamon roll, I noticed the cashier was improperly wearing his mask under his chin while packaging the food and checking people out. I then noticed that one other employee was doing the same in the back, and the other two working in the back weren’t wearing their masks over their noses. I decided to step out of line and move on with my day. Managers should be enforcing this simple rule, really in the food industry. Everyone can see you, including whoever the manager was, talking across the room, over all the food, to one another without a mask.

Auntie Anne's Pretzels has been one of my favorite treats that I would purchase every time we visit the mall. My two sons’ and I would order the cinnamon and sugar hand rolled fresh baked pretzels. Now that they are also serving cinnabons made fresh every day, we always order at least four cinnabons. If you download the new Auntie Anne’s Pretzels app, you can earn great rewards on your next pretzel purchase

We were there December 6th during Covid 19 and the young man running the cash register had his mask under his chin the entire time .. This was when he is was filling drinks passing out orders . No respect for Knoxville’s high Covid numbers and safety of the customers . He also had his hands on his face rubbing his eyes . When we got to the front of the line we left with our order but dumped it in the trash. We love Anntie Anne’s pretzels but couldn’t believe the lack of health standard enforced . At this establishment .

Great products as usual, personalized service, and a great suggestion for a complimentary product... Sweet Almond Pretzel with cream cheese is a taste treat! Thanks Sky Blue

Worst service the lady at the register doesnt smile and the boy helping her he was nice and helped people. Then when I had a issue with my food they took it off to the side and personally stared and me touched the food and had made a scene. Very disrespectful. Only person person I would say had manners or had a smile or was helpful was the boy helping the girl. But i would say he should do it all he is so good. Everyone else not so much. Would not recommend. Especially how they acted to me. They gave me another cinnabon and it was much warmer. But because the other one they made a scene. Wonder what they would have done if they knew I go and rate people places

I would give them 0 stars if possible. I was at mall today and bought a cup of pretzels. I asked for a cup of tap water to go with it. I was told that he could either sell me a bottle of water or I could pay for a cup with ice and then go find water somewhere else-he wouldn't even put water in the cup if it was paid for. That is actually illegal. Legally restaurant/facilities selling food have to provide water for their patrons. I would have understood if I wasn't buying 5 pretzels, but that is outrageous. Disappointing that they are the kind of company that won't even give their patrons tap water. I definitely will never be going back. Aside from the water experience, the quality of their pretzels has declined over the years. Mine tasted like cardboard.

The people at the auntie Ann's in the West town mall were very nasty and rude. Will not go back if Alexander still works there.
