I was watching as they made my order and they were not wearing any standard protection esstials when dealing with making customer food in general. No hair or beard nets nor gloves when packing my pretzels. Don't know why everyone is giving the place 5 - stars???!??, maybe they actually LIKE and don't mind people dealing with thier food with NO GLOVES god only knows what they were doing before. Hugh... if so, thats really gross .

Crowded staff working within close quarters. Did nothing to prevent guests from crowding me and my OPEN food container. When I asked the worker to tell everyone to back up he nervously chuckled and DID NOTHING! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.
My favorite place in the mall..gotta have my cinnamon pretzels...
