Smells great, but pretzels are dry, and seem like they been sitting in the display for hours

The staff at this location re very nice and accommodating. However, the 2 times I have gotten pretzels from here, the bottoms are burnt and today when I stopped by, the pretzel I had was so hard and tough. It had clearly been sitting for some time and was not fresh at all. If they could keep the pretzels fresh and not burn them, this would be a great location for Auntie Anne's.
