It’s very good and hygienic from my experience. I always go there to get my family food and drinks. Never had a bad experience. Also I say a comment that said there’s never mini dogs well... sorry to break it to you but the food there always runs out quickly since there’s also a lot of people who want the same thing \u200d️

Customer service was excellent. Usually there pretzels taste good. But The one day I take my husband to try them for the first time. Our pretzels tasted bitter. We ordered 3 salted and 3 cinnamon. My husband asked for our money back. And we had no problems. We will give them another chance and try going back in the future.

Amazing service. Some of the workers were friendly, some of them were like kinda sad and didn’t care. I always get the original salted pretzels and they have fast service too.

Ordered through door dash, came with no dip and no drink Also very little salt on my original pretzel , with no cheese dip (it’s on my receipt) Cinnamon pretzel was a huge disappointment as well Sad

Put my pretzel on the counter with a piece of it sticking out of the sleeve and touching the nasty counter surface. Gross! And didn't evem give us a cup for water for free after we bought 2 pretzels here.
