I've given this place too many 2nd chances. Staff is always rude, I've never had a warm pretzel from here, order is almost always wrong (ask for unsalted and usually get salted). Only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because it's still edible but still never going back.

We waited over 20 minutes in line for our plain & cin-sugar pretzels and both were uneatable! Disgusting burnt taste, they didn't look burnt. Bottom a little dark, think baked in dirty oven. Don't waist your time and . This is my first ever terrible review, have to tell it like it is.
