The staff is awesome; especially the senior lady. The pretzels are always fresh & delicious.
Excellent eating experience.. from walking in the mall and being greeted by employee. Great food at a great price! Love Mini pretzel dogs bucket. Server was very friendly and helpful.
I have been coming to this location for years. They always have a fresh products and excellent customer service. Also, my Grub hub order was delivered correctly.
Used to work here. They kept several bottles of pomegranate mixer for about 4 years after the expiration date (they lasted like two years after the promotion ended to begin with). They only hire kids because then they can teach them religious observance of the 30 second grab it off the ground rule. I really wish I was lying because I love those pretzel dogs but I'll never eat one I didn't cook myself or know personally who made it. IF YOU'RE EVER DESPERATE OR UNSURE ASK TO WATCH IT MADE THIS IS THE REASON CORPORATE ENCOURAGES THE OPEN KITCHEN LAYOUT. The lemonade is too sweet it can cause diabetes.
The staff is so nice & helpful at this location.
Doordash driver here - just went to pick up an order. Woman at counter started screaming at me for being there too early. All she had to do was apologize for not having the order ready. She is not equipped to work in customer service.... wish I got her name!! Won’t be back here for doordash.
