The staff is very friendly the wait is actually five minutes unless you order online I love this place because the pretzels is very fresh not like they’re waiting in the window under a ultra beam light but other than that this is my number one spot in Center City and the female cashiers are gorgeous

Gone here a few times. I always see the same young lady behind the counter at lunch time. I went today and got some pretzels and she made them fresh. I'm really happy with the customer service and pretzels. Please think about putting up tip jars as I did not see one and she was truly amazing and patient with my orders. She deserves a raise too.
Love this place. Staff is always nice when I come here. They do made-to-order pretzels since the pandemic, so if you don't order ahead you would wait 5 mins. But those 5 mins are so worth it for a hot and ready pretzels.
