Bought a bed 3 years ago worth 36k. They provided installation. 2 months back the bed broke from the upper side. A few planks gave up. Seems there were supposed to be 4 wooden pillars underneath but during installation only 2 were installed. Hence the bed gave away. When called they said they would provide either a replacement or repair the bed. After few more calls a carpenter came and took the broken plank, fixed it and bought it back. They said they would give two more wooden pillars to be fixed in their respective place underneath the bed but it has been a month now and no one even answers the calls. We might have to buy a new bed because of bad after sales service.
