My lenovo laptop screen problem issue so I chose Authorize center but my experience so bad I think that service center is like kirana shop when I came to service center people see mi like a service charge customer came 885 rs and then I leave my laptop for reparing in that case no truest felling then after 2 days I came to that store they say your laptop is in trouble 8000,9000 ,or above charges so I say perfect amount then they confuse and say me I don't know lenovo will tell .I think i will repair my laptop others store.....then service charge 885 rs I send to that person phonepay for their personal account in that case no truest felling ,no bill provide in that service ........ ...I think kirana shop provide better quality than that service center.........

The service provide by the technicians are very poor. I didn't get any proper response from them. I waited for 6 months for a part, and after 6 months, they give me refund. They doesn't follow any protocol that mentioned in terms and conditions. Overall experience was my worst experience in life.

It is only Lenovo laptop service centre. I went there to repair my Lenovo tab. They said that we can repair only Lenovo laptop.

I don't know how they are because my problem doesn't solve. The only issue is my laptop sound dose not work and only 30days old my laptop lenovo IdeaPad gaming 3i. And this problem fix myself...
