DO NOT RECOMAND.. Absolutely arrogant people in store. I visited the store to select the frame. Sales representative was using absolutely arrogant tone and not interested in giving proper information. I found this unusual compared to my experience with LK stores across India. I don't recommend this store at any cost, insult is for sure. For a moment I was disappointed with Lens kart but I have good experience at Bangalore and other stores, so I can give benefits of dough. I hope LK management will take action and go in to further damage control. Person who terrible representative has long mustache..If you ask questions regarding product, he will shout on you :-) Best luck.

The store is great for optical glasses and sunglasses. The staff is friendly and really helpful. Although there should be a few more choices to choose from, they also give free eye check-up by a trained professional

When a user purchase a product from the store and when items are available in store then ideally store should call a customer and ask to collect the items from the store. Other store executive give call to collect items. good service is major missing point in this store.
