Absolutely good hospital. I met Dr. Prasanna, he is very friendly in nature and suggested proper treatment. I gave a star less because of the lady sitting on the counter. She didn't even informed us when it was our turn to visit doctor. She was acting like a lazy person. And whenever we asked her about our turn she would after 10 mins. She didn't even gave attention to the patients who were going inside. We waited there for almost 2 hrs and 30 mins. She didn't took our name. And was just sitting there chatting with colleagues.

met Dr Prasanna Kalgaonkar(orthopedic Surgeon) for my father's left foot pain. Dr given me prescription of medicines but in that prescription handwriting is very poor and not readable. That handwriting Rx is readable only by hospital medical stores person and Dr only. They insisted me to take medicine from hospital medical stores only. They told Dr can't do anything in handwriting Rx if you want medicine take from hospital medical.we have no option becos that Rx is readable by hospital medical store person only.

Seems the appointment counter ladies know more about our pain than us..on Friday they are giving appointment for Monday.. don't know how these people have so much of attitude when they are serving in a profession like this..not at all willing to visit the hospital again
