I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Aurora Greenhouse! I received excellent customer service and a stunning arrangement. I had placed a same-day order for a birthday arrangement and received a call within an hour of placing my order to discuss some modifications based on what flowers/greens was available. Within an hour of that call Robyn had sent me pictures of the arrangement to confirm that it met my expectations before sending it out for delivery. Thank you so much Robyn! Looking forward to placing my next order!

UPDATE: After I reached out to her Robin kindly agreed to replace the bouquet with a new one. It is refreshing to deal with a business that actually cares about it's customers & reputation. I wisely called in instead of ordering online; there was very little to choose from for a same day delivery. The \deluxe\ bouquet we received was alright except that several days later some of the flowers still had not bloomed. Most of the flowers have started wilting in less than a week (despite change of water). Quite disappointed and will not be ordering from here again.
