There is only one mechanic that I trust to complete all serving on my 2009 Corolla and that is BEN ANDERSON. Ben has been taking care of my car for over ten years. He will ask me how my car is running prior to servicing and once he does his inspection he will call me to tell me what he found and what work needs to be done. He explains everything in a way that I understand. He is a fantastic mechanic and has great customer service skills. Aurora Toyota is very lucky to have Ben and I am grateful for his work. Just don’t care New vehicle damage to back row seat when installable do tow pack. And oil stained all over inside. Took a month to get things somewhat settled Now 1st service. Tow electrical plug is gone. Vehicle was backed entirely into the curb. 2 weeks out no response from the service manage Also I just learned my sale guy who was great on taking care of me and cleanup after the sales manager is no longer there. I had great feeling this place may have HR tissue

I returned to Aurora Toyota, even though it is not the closest or most convenient because of the attention to the details of their sales person, David Alavie. Not only was he very knowledgeable about all Toyota products but he is understanding and able to relate with respect to his client. I say returned, as this is the second vehicle we have leased through him. If you want great personalized attention, and a safe reliable car to boot, I can't recommend anyone else than Mr. Alavie.

I only had the experience of the repair department, which is a hard 'no thank you'. Twice was I quoted work equal or greater than triple digits and twice trusted mechanics elsewhere found nothing wrong. Obviously they support their own staff but when I have to go in for recalled parts, I specifically ask to NOT work on the vehicle otherwise.

just had the airbag replaced due to a recall. Very nice staff, free coffee and snacks. They were having a free pancake day which was a nice touch. The repair was done quickly and without issues, so I have no problems recommending this place!
